Do you ever feel overwhelmed by the judgment of others?
Have you ever wanted to belong, to be part of something that makes a difference in your life and others?

Lincoln Park Social Development Coalition

Join us for our formal presentation at a Lincoln Park City Council Study Session on Monday, May 13 at 6 pm in Council Chambers, 1355 Southfield Road, where we will present our work and proposal as contained in the report found here.

The Lincoln Park Social Development Coalition is an ad-hoc collective of leaders, neighbors, and service providers committed to improving residents’ access to quality resources in Lincoln Park, Michigan.

This Coalition is truly unique to Lincoln Park. It is our vision to integrate social development into our official governing processes in a kind and degree that parallels the way economic development is, and to measure the success of our efforts just as we track economic success. To our knowledge, no other community in Michigan–and few anywhere, actually–is making a meaningful attempt to do that.
